North American Imports and Exports: International Logistics Program

Our team recently completely streamlined a client’s cross-border Canadian shipping process. Through careful analysis and planning we implemented a more efficient system that realized client savings of over $500 per day. This new program also decreased delivery times in and out of Quebec Canada resulting in improved customer service. In the complex world of JIT shipments, fast reaction times coupled with lower costs create increased profits and very positive customer service.
